The company was incorporated in 1913 at Karur, South India by Mr. C. Swaminatha Mudaliar who had a rich tradition of weaving yarn in attractive colours and eye-catching designs. The company was established as SAM Tex by his son Mr. S. Arogiaswamy Mudaliar.

Now after the century years in Home Textiles field., the founder’s great-grandson Mr. Lawrence Oliver has taken the company forward in the name of M/s. Anncy Internaational – making sure the company is updated and upgraded to the 20th century requirements of the buyers all over the world!

By maintaining all the required standards in terms of infrastructure, employee welfare, social compliances, environment consciousness, etc.,our factory complies with all labour laws relating to wages, working hours, health &safety standards and strictly adheres to ethical business practices.
